Affiliate/Corporate Membership Tiers
Determination of Membership Tier
Each company interested in membership will complete the New Affiliate/Corporate Member Application below. UMACHA will use this information to determine the appropriate membership tier, taking into consideration the company's complexity, activity, and role in the ACH Network. Once a determination has been made regarding the appropriate membership tier, UMACHA will communicate this to the contact that submitted the form.
Membership eligibility and the determination of membership tier is at the sole discretion of UMACHA and may be subject to change. In the event that UMACHA determines a required change in a company's membership tier, UMACHA will communicate this change to the key contact of the company prior to the next annual membership period.
Annual membership with UMACHA expires at the end of each calendar year and may be discontinued at any time. UMACHA does not provide refunds for past membership dues paid.
