Education Club Tokens and Discount Codes
Education Club tokens may not be combined with discount codes issued by UMACHA from time to time. UMACHA encourages members with Education Club tokens to evaluate which form of discount offers their organization the greatest amount of savings in making a purchase.
Tiered Registration Policy for In-Person Events
Registration pricing for in-person events is tiered and is dependent upon the promptness of an attendee's registration. Please review the pricing scale below:

Webinar and Event Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to info@umacha.org within the timeframe(s) described below.
Webinars/Virtual Events: To be eligible for a full refund, a registrant must provide UMACHA with written notice to info@umacha.org at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the virtual event/series (1st installment). Cancellations received within 72 hours of the start time of the virtual event/series are ineligible for a refund. Because nearly all virtual events/series are recorded and supplied to each registrant following the live event, we encourage registrants to wait for the recording from the event rather than cancel.
In-Person Events: See the refund scale below based on when written notice is provided to UMACHA at info@umacha.org prior to the event:

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund and are still responsible for payment. Instead of cancelling, we encourage sending a substitute in place of the original registrant. Substitutions are always accepted.
All Events: UMACHA may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. UMACHA will refund all registration fees.
Photo Release Notice
From time to time, UMACHA will take candid and group photograph(s) of participants attending UMACHA sponsored meetings and other events. UMACHA will use and display these photos for educational and promotional purposes. By attending the UMACHA event, you hereby grant to UMACHA, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit and reproduce these photographs in print and electronic form publicly or privately, without compensation to you. You further agree that your name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the photographs. You waive any rights, claims, or interest you may have to control the use of your likeness in such photographs regardless of media used. If you would not like UMACHA to use a photograph of you as described above, pleased send a statement in writing & a recent photo to UMACHA at info@umacha.org.
Attention South Dakota & Minnesota Residents:
UMACHA is required to collect sales and use tax on the services that are provided in the State of South Dakota, as well as on webinar recordings in the State of Minnesota. This tax is added to the pricing of the applicable service.
