  • Protection: Safeguard confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information of UMACHA and its members.
  • Fair Competition: Respect anti-trust laws and fair competition principles by refraining from anti-competitive practices.
  • Respect: Maintain an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and misconduct.
  • Reporting: Report illegal practices, policy violations, or ethical concerns to the appropriate channels without fear of retaliation.
  • Representation: Represent UMACHA responsibly and professionally in all interactions.
