UMACHA Education
Learning is one of the most important core values of UMACHA. Through the sharing of knowledge by our experienced Education team, UMACHA helps our members make sense of complex and ever-changing rules and regulations across the electronic payments landscape.
Because everyone learns a bit differently, UMACHA's educational offerings take place in a variety of formats:
- Live or pre-recorded webinars are delivered in 30, 60, or 90-minute increments with recordings being provided afterward. Recordings may also be purchased at a later date from our On-Demand Library.
- Full-day events are usually offered at least twice a year: once in-person and once virtually.
- Virtual or on-site custom education is available for organizations looking for training on specific payments-related topics.
For organizations looking to make a long-term investment in their staff, UMACHA offers Exam Prep training packages to help prepare those interested in sitting for the AAP, APRP, and NCP examinations.
UMACHA is licensed by Nacha to provide ACH education, publications, and support, and we are recognized with their Mark of Excellence. UMACHA is an NCP Trusted Partner which means we have certified trainers on staff to offer NCP Exam Prep courses. Our trainers have completed rigorous check payments training to earn the designation of certified NCP Class Instructor.
