We envision UMACHA Gives Back as a powerful force for good that:

  • Assisting people and providing value is at the core of everything we do at UMACHA. Leading by example, actively giving our time, expertise, and resources to uplift others.

We will continue to:

• Partner with organizations to support causes that align with our UMACHA Core Values 
  • Expertise, Helping Others, Integrity, Learning, Peace of Mind, Fun
• Organize volunteer days for UMACHA staff and members to support local charities, food drives, and cleanup events.
• Build a culture of giving among UMACHA staff by hosting internal challenges, fundraisers, or matches for employee-led initiatives. Celebrate and share stories of impact to inspire others to get involved.
• Partner with nonprofits to support causes such as financial literacy, access to technology, and housing assistance.
• Celebrate and acknowledge member milestones and community engagement.

Sharing knowledge is core to who we are—but so is giving back. UMACHA proudly provides up to eight hours of paid volunteer time each month so employees can support causes they care about most. In addition to individual volunteer efforts, we also come together through team volunteering opportunities, reinforcing our shared commitment to service. It's one more way we live our values, strengthen our communities, and lead by example.
